Machine & Plant Design
Operate and monitor fixed plant equipment across smelter operations
Maintain safe, efficient production processes
Conduct routine inspections and basic fault finding
Follow standard operating procedures and site safety requirements
Work collaboratively within structured crew teams
Complete accurate reporting and shift handovers
Essential:
Experience in heavy industry (mining, smelting, manufacturing, or similar)
Strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures
Willingness to work rotating rosters including night shifts
Physically fit and able to work in hot, demanding conditions
Strong team orientation and communication skills
Highly regarded tickets / experience:
High Risk Work Licence (Forklift, EWP, etc.)
Confined Space / Working at Heights
Front End Loader or mobile plant experience
