Senior Project Manager
Project Planning & Execution
Lead project execution from kickoff through final acceptance and project closeout.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and service teams.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
Scope, Cost & Schedule Management
Manage project scope in accordance with contractual requirements.
Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Track project costs, revenue, and profitability.
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines.
Manage change orders and variations to maximize project performance.
Resource Planning & Allocation
Plan and optimize project resources to ensure effective project delivery.
Coordinate with functional managers to secure required resources.
Monitor resource utilization and workload distribution.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Change Management
Evaluate and manage project changes and their impact on scope, cost, schedule, and resources.
Ensure all changes are properly documented, reviewed, approved, and communicated.
Drive effective implementation of approved changes.
Reporting & Governance
Prepare and present project performance reports to management and customers.
Track project KPIs, financial performance, risks, and delivery metrics.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Support project reviews, audits, and governance requirements.
