About this role
- Supervise site operations across bulk earthworks, drainage, and roadworks
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and labour to achieve programme milestones
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHS compliance
- Monitor and report on project progress against schedule
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Maintain quality standards and ensure works meet specifications
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Is this you?
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on subdivision projects ($20M+)
- Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, drainage, and pavements
- Ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors effectively
- Solid understanding of construction programmes and sequencing
- Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Relevant tickets and certifications (White Card essential)
